I have been a fan of @dmitrybocharov work has been a long time. Once i moved to LA he was one of the first people that i wanted to collaborate in a personal project, his vision and dynamic photograph and of course color work always inspired me.
For this collab i was able to work on 3 of his shots for Fila Golf McLaren Edition Apparel, my role was the color work for these shots.
The idea was to find a way to make the vibrant orange work with the sky and grass in a nice and harmonic way, i ended up using a cyan / light blue to contrast with the orange and then desaturated green hues so we could harmonize the colors nicely.
Hope this is the start of not only a friendship but also more future projects together.
